You definitely sweat with this.... not drenching depending on your activity, but yes you sweat. I wear it for work and exercise...and for exercise it's the best, because it makes you sweat a lot. Overall, this is perfect because I needed my midsection and breasts to trim down and this def does the trick. I'm already slimming down.

I ordered a 3XL because of the measurements and Im glad I did because it fits perfectly. Its not tight to the point where I cant breathe, or it rolls up on me. Btw it did have a strong order when I got it, but after it being washed it got better.

It's a little snug but it's ok since its adjustable. I worked out in it, and I feel the support that it gives, I think that's why I went 20 more minutes than normal. My Fitbit called me an overachiever today making over 2500 more steps then my limit. I will use it daily!

I love this! :) it helped me produce more sweat around my belly. I work out with it. While using it, I lost over 30 lbs. and several inches off my tummy. My boobs even got smaller. I would most definitely repurchase. I recommend this product to help promote weight loss. This review is after several months of wear, and mine is still in perfect shape after weekly machine washes.
