International Return Shipping Rules
At VibroSculpt, we want you to love our products as much as we do, and we’re committed to your satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. Should you need to return an item, please review the following terms:
RETURN POLICY:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving
your order. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience Team
at VibroSculpt within this window. - Return Process: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Form. This form must be included with your returned item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend keeping your tracking details as we are not
responsible for lost packages. - Processing Time: After receiving your return at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. Processing times may be longer during busy periods.
- Refund Details: Once the return is approved after inspection, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Returned items must be in "like new"condition, free of wear, damage, or alterations. Items showing signs of wear or missing parts may be subject to partial refunds or denial.
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To receive an RMA, please email us at hello@vibrosculpt.com with your name, order number, or a copy of your order. The return address will be provided once the RMA is issued.
- Personalized items, refurbished devices, and final sale products are not eligible for returns.
- Returns without proof of purchase may be denied.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Excessive or unreasonable returns may result in the rejection of future returns or transactions at our discretion.

- How does VibroSculpt define “like new” condition? "Like new" means the product must be free from scratches,
dents, stains, or other visible defects. All original accessories and packaging
should be included. - How do I start a return?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- What if i receive a damaged or defective product ? If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement or refund
depending on the situation.
