All items within the 90 days of purchase processed for refunds must be sent back in ORIGINAL Vibro Sculpt packaging and will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $9.99. If the item you wish to return does not comply with these requirements, then the request will not be processed.

Please allow 10-14 business days for Exchanges/Returns to be processed.


We do not process refunds for LOST OR STOLEN packages confirmed DELIVERED by the carrier.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR ITEM(S)

  • 1. DO NOT RETURN IN A BOX or large, bulky packaging.
  • 2. Securely pack items with labels and tags, inside the original packaging.
  • 3. Attach the Return Label to the package.
  • 4. Drop off the package within 10 days to your nearest carrier locations.
  • 5. We'll issue your refund or exchange within the following 10-14 days of your items arrival to our warehouse.
  • 6. IF THE GEL IS DAMAGED DO NOT RETURN IT, DISPOSE OF IT AS YOU WISH.

All items acceptable for return must be within the 90 days of purchase in original Vibro Sculpt packaging and must include all parts and instructions. Additional add-ons, if they are not damaged, must be returned (free items, gels and supplements). Items considered "Flash Sale" cannot be returned . Please allow 10-14 business days for Exchanges/Returns to be processed.

Keep in mind that our Return Shipping fee is US$9.99 and the funds go back onto your original payment method, not including shipping costs on your original order.

Vibro Sculpt Subscription Program Policy

Recurring Subscription

When starting a Vibro Sculpt Subscription, you agree to be billed in a recurring fashion on a per-order basis until your subscription is a) cancelled or b) paused.

Pausing Subscriptions

You can pause your subscription or skip your next order. If pausing, the subscription will remain paused until the requested resume date or if a resume date is not specified, the subscription will remain paused indefinitely. You can pause or skip your subscription by emailing our Customer Care Team hello@vibrosculpt.com.

Canceling Subscriptions

Customer can cancel or pause subscription at any time. We do require any changes or cancellations made at least FOUR days prior to next order date. Customer will receive a courtesy email reminder five days prior scheduled ship date. This email is sent as a courtesy, and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to track their own subscription. Customer can cancel subscription by emailing our Customer Care Team hello@vibrosculpt.com.

Subscription Returns & Refunds

It is the customers responsibility to manage their subscription and skip any orders that they do not want shipped. Changes to the subscription must be done FOUR days in advance of next shipment if they wish to pause, skip or delay next order. If the subscription preferences are not changed- customer will receive their Vibro Sculpt products on time, automatically shipped to doorstep!

Can I pause my subscription if I’m out of town or just need a break?

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. We do require any changes or cancellations made at least FOUR days prior to your next order date. We do send a courtesy email reminding customers of their ship dates five days prior to the scheduled ship date, which we feel is an ample amount of time to update mai subscription.

MISTAKEN RETURNS DISCLAIMER

-All items that are NOT OUR BRAND and are mistakenly returned to our warehouse-

Our Customer Experience Team will proceed to inform the client once the mistaken item arrives at our warehouse; the client has 5 (five) business days to provide us with a return label which we will use to return the package to said client.

IF the client does not reply nor send us a return label within 5 (five) business days then the package will be disposed of. The client must also assume shipping costs for the mistaken return: we will send the client a PayPal invoice for the shipping fee to cover the return label that we originally provided. The package will be shipped out once the shipping fee is paid and the return label is sent to us.
