- 2 cups pineapple, cubed

- 5 mint leaves

- 1 teaspoon chia
Dinner:
- Antioxidant Juice
- 1/2 cup red grapes
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 1 cup of coconut or natural water

Day 3
